Get Plugged In!

"Volunteers are not paid - - not because they are worthless,

but because they are priceless."

Anonymous

Racine Montessori School is well known for its family-oriented atmosphere.  This sense of community, which surrounds and supports our children, is integral to our continued success and future growth but impossible without the committed participation of our parents.  Find one area with which to get involved...meet other parents...help address real needs (large and small!)...improve the learning environment for our kids.

Each family is expected to participate in one (per child) of our three classroom cleaning dates (approximately a 3-hour commitment)*:

       1)   August, before school starts

       2)   November, before Family Night

       3)   March, before Open House

* A $50 fee (per missed cleaning commitment) will be assessed if you are unable to fulfill your cleaning requirement(s).

Each family is also expected to volunteer for a 4-hour block of time at the Lakefront Artist Fair on the first Saturday in May.  See Lakefront Artist Fair page for further details.
